As the seasonal changes deepen, Cape Town is getting wetter and colder… more than enough reason to cosy up under a warm blanket with Roxanne Howe-Murphy’s new book Deep Living. After reading her chapter about the centres of intelligence and presence, Dirk had a great insight about 3 different ways of viewing the Centres. This has enabled us to articulate and write an article aimed at clearing up confusion and proposing a new way of working with the different perspectives and ways in which the centres have been used to date.

The Three perspectives of Centres: Centres of Structure, Centres of Expression and Centres of Intelligence will hopefully open new discussions and understanding of this topic. One of the important outcomes of our own crystallisation of the theory around how we use the Centres in our reports is that we are renaming “Centre of Intelligence” to “Centre of Expression” in all our reports. April was a full month with Dirk’s trip to Paris for the European IEA Conference. This has enabled great learning and opportunities to continue to build business relationships with Enneagram practitioners in Europe and USA. We are really excited to work with Claus Olsen and Susanne Povelsen from Denmark who will host an IEQ Accreditation workshop in Copenhagen during September for European practitioners. If you are in Europe and keen to become accredited, please get in touch with us regarding this.

Our new Office Manager Charlene Pereira is settling in nicely. She has been focusing on streamlining and developing our business processes. This will definitely give a boost to our client service and free us up to do more exciting development work. In the pipeline is our second phase Team reports and Relationship reports.

After an extensive process of submitting detailed documents we have received our acceptance from the International Coaching Federation and are now certified to give Coaching Continues Education Units (ICF CCEUs), see below for more information.

Bea Chestnut is getting ready to publish her new book on the 27 Subtypes. The Instinct model that we use in our IEQ is closely aligned with the original work of Claudio Naranjo that Bea has been taking to the next level of expansion and explanation. We are also excited to announce that we have arranged for Bea to come to South Africa to teach her 27 Subtype workshop in CPT (25-27 Oct) and JHB (1-3 Nov). More details to follow in a few weeks.

The IEA Global launched the new online Enneagram magazine during April NinePointsMagazine.org and you can find an article Lucille wrote: “Scaling Enneagram Dynamics from Individual to Organisational Level” on the site. Well done Peter McNab, CJ Fitzsimons & the rest of the IEA team

New FastTrack program for experienced Enneagram practitioners

Integrative recently created and hosted our first live online accreditation workshop. The FastTrack workshop is specifically tailored for experienced Enneagram practitioners who already know the Enneagram in depth and are using it in their coaching and facilitation work.
We require details about your Enneagram training when you sign up for this workshop.

The focus of this program is specifically to Fasttrack individuals to the application and interpretation of the Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire. You still have to do a case study to receive full accreditation.
